The customer

The customer is the person who subscribes at checkout, identified by the name and email address entered there.

Subject of the contract

The subject of this contract is access to FunnelGym as a digital subscription. FunnelGym is an online digital marketing training service made of short interactive lessons, practice projects and a campaign simulator.

What your plan covers and its billing period (monthly or yearly, where offered) are shown at checkout.

Price and payment

The price of your plan, any taxes and the billing period are shown at checkout before you pay. You are charged the amount you confirm there.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel.

How to cancel

Open your Account page and choose "Manage billing". This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel in a few clicks. You do not need to contact us or give a reason.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and you are not charged again. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown on your Account page.

Performance and access

FunnelGym is a digital service and it is performed immediately: your access opens as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

To use it you need an internet connection and a current web browser.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. To ask for it, email our support address from the address you subscribed with. You do not need to explain why. When we refund your first payment, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends.

Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep your statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Nothing in this document reduces that right. The full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please write to us first and we will try to fix it. Contact details will be listed here before paid plans open.

As a consumer you also keep the right to turn to the consumer protection body or the court of the country where you live.

Governing law

Disputes are governed by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

When the contract starts

By completing checkout you confirm that you have read this document and the Pre-contract information before paying. The contract starts when your payment is confirmed.
