The service

FunnelGym is hands-on digital marketing training. You practise with short workouts of about 5 to 7 minutes, built from realistic campaign scenarios. Modules end with portfolio projects. You earn a badge for each module and a certificate for each program you complete.

The readiness test and the first workout are free. Everything else needs a paid plan.

You must be at least 16 years old to use FunnelGym.

Your account

There are no passwords. Your account is your email address. After you subscribe, your browser stores an access token that keeps you signed in.

To sign in on another device, use "Sign in". We email you a link that is valid for 30 minutes.

Keep your email inbox secure. Anyone who can open your access links can use your account.

Plans

Every plan includes all current and future modules of its programs, portfolio projects, badges, certificates and progress sync across devices. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page.

The plans differ in the programs they cover:

• Starter: the Digital Marketing Specialist program, our foundation track.
• Pro: four programs. Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketing, SEO & Content, and Social Media.
• All Access: all eight programs, including every future program.

Billing and automatic renewal

Plans are monthly subscriptions. You pay in advance for each month, and payments are handled by Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short period. If the payment is not recovered, your access may pause.

Changing your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade, change your payment method and download invoices at any time. Go to your Account page and choose "Manage billing". This opens the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your Account page under "Manage billing". After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no further charges.

Refunds

Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days if you ask. Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. Consumers in the EU and the UK keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Student discount

If you have a school email address, you can get a percentage off every month.

The discount applies only after you open a verification link that we send to that school address. Your subscription is then tied to that address.

If we do not recognise your school's domain, contact support and we can approve it manually.

We may ask you to verify again once a year. If the discount is misused, we remove it.

Acceptable use

Your subscription is personal and cannot be transferred. You agree not to:

• share your access token, access links or account with other people,
• scrape, copy in bulk or automatically download the content,
• redistribute, resell or publish the workouts, projects or other content,
• interfere with the site or try to get around the paywall or the student verification.

Intellectual property

All workouts, scenarios, projects, texts, designs and the FunnelGym name belong to FunnelGym or its licensors. Your plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning while your subscription is active.

The work you create in portfolio projects is yours. You are free to show it in your portfolio.

Certificates and badges

A badge shows that you completed a module. A certificate shows that you completed a program on FunnelGym. Each certificate has a public verification page that you can share.

Certificates and badges are not accredited degrees, professional licences or official qualifications. They do not guarantee a job, an interview or any income.

Educational content only

• The brands, companies and figures in our scenarios are fictional. Any similarity to real businesses is a coincidence.
• The content is for learning. It is not professional, legal, financial or business advice.
• Results are not guaranteed. What you achieve depends on your own effort, your market and many things outside our control.

Availability and content changes

We are still building the full curriculum. The Roadmap page shows what is live today. We plan to release new modules every week, but this schedule is a plan and not a warranty.

We may update, reorder, improve or replace content over time. We try to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing access, scraping content or abusing the student discount.

You can stop using FunnelGym at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or removes rights that you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country. Nothing limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost business opportunities, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

Disputes are governed by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
