Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated:
You can cancel at any time, and your first payment is refundable within 14 days. This page explains how both work.
How to cancel
Open your Account page and choose "Manage billing". This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription in a few clicks. You do not need to contact us or give a reason.
What happens after you cancel
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your access ends and you are not charged again.
Your account and progress stay in place, so you can subscribe again later and continue where you stopped.
14-day refund on your first payment
Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. To ask for it, email our support address (it will be listed here before paid plans open) from the address you subscribed with. You do not need to explain why.
When we refund your first payment, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends.
Renewal payments
Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If you do not want to be charged for another month, cancel before your renewal date. You can see that date on your Account page.
EU and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep your statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Nothing in this policy reduces that right.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short period. If the payment is not recovered, your access may pause. You can update your payment method under "Manage billing".
Student discount
Refunds and cancellation work the same way for discounted subscriptions. A refund returns the amount you actually paid.
Deleting your account is different from cancelling
Cancelling stops future payments and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
Deleting your account goes further. Your subscription is cancelled immediately, your access stops at once on all devices and there is no automatic refund for the current period. Your personal data is permanently erased 30 days later. If you subscribe again with the same email within those 30 days, the account re-opens with its progress.
If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead of deleting.
How long refunds take
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
