Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Open your account, choose Manage billing and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you aren't charged again.
Can I get a refund?: Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. Renewals aren't refundable unless the law where you live says otherwise. The refund policy has the details.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. You can move between Pro and Lab, or between monthly and yearly, from Manage billing. Your progress stays exactly where it is.
Is everything in the catalog available right now?: Lessons are published module by module. Each program page shows what is live today. Lessons that aren't live yet are marked as coming soon, and Pro unlocks them as they are published.
Which languages is it in?: The site is in six languages. The Google Ads lessons and the Lab are in English and Turkish for now; the foundation lessons are in all six.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?: It stays saved with your account. Subscribe again with the same email and you pick up where you left off.
Do I need to create a password?: No. Your account is your email address. To sign in on another device, we email you a link.
