Before you pay, you should know the key facts about what you are buying. This page gives them in plain language. It applies to subscriptions bought on funnelgym.com.
Who is selling
- Name: FunnelGym
What you are buying
A digital subscription to FunnelGym: short interactive lessons with visual examples and no video, practice projects and a campaign simulator. The programs and tools included depend on the plan you choose, as shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
The readiness test and the first workout are free.
Total price
The total price, including any taxes that apply to you, and the billing period (monthly or yearly, where offered) are shown at checkout before you confirm. You are charged the amount you confirm there.
Payment
You pay in advance for each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details never reach our servers.
Duration, renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time: open your Account page, choose "Manage billing" and cancel in the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and are not charged again.
When the service starts
Your access opens immediately after your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. You need an internet connection and a current web browser.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days, with no reason needed. To ask for it, email our support address from the address you subscribed with.
Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. Consumers in the EU and the UK keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Complaints
Please write to us first and we will try to fix the problem. Contact details will be listed here before paid plans open. As a consumer you also keep the right to turn to the consumer protection body or the court of the country where you live.
Governing law
Disputes are governed by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
Your personal data
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
